"Hello! My name is Lynn Augustine and I began Creative Options, LLC, in May 2016, after having worked to support adults with intellectual disabilities for almost twenty years here in the State of Maine. I am excited to offer Shared Living services, In-home support, 2-Person Supported Living Homes, Community Support and Community Membership services in an effort to increase independence and provide choice to those that come to Creative Options for services and support. The focus will always remain on the individual served, their rights, their choices and with providing them with a quality service that best meets their needs."
